Bernd Reich opened to 30,000 from the Lo-jack, and then called a 75,000 raise from Christoffer Bering (Button).
Reich check-called Bering’s 100,000 continuation bet on the 3♥7♥2♠ flop, followed by both players checking the 9♠ turn. Reich bet 100,000 on the 6♠ river, and Bering made the call faster than the speed of lightning.
Bernd Reich: 5♥5♣
Christoffer Bering: J♥J♠
The superior pocket pair saw Bering securing the pot.
Christoffer Bering: 1,380,000
Bernd Reich: 625,000
