Peggy “Pocket Peg” Crawford min-raised to 400,000 from the Cut-off. Jonas Araujo decided to defend his Big Blind.
Action went check-check on the 5♥6♥5♣ flop. Araujo bet 865,000 on the 10♥ turn before Crawford forced her opponent all in for 2,600,000 in total. Araujo made the call faster than the speed of lightning.
Peggy Crawford: K♥Q♦
Jonas Araujo: 9♥7♥
Araujo had turned a flush, and Crawford didn’t improve to a superior one on the 10♠ river. A visibly happy Araujo doubled through Crawford.
Jonas Araujo: 6,300,000
Peggy Crawford: 1,730,000
