Bonertz Won’t Give Value

Dave S limp-called from the small blind after big blind Chase Bonertz raised to 185k. The flop was 5♦J♥8♠ and Dave check-called for 125k. Both players checked the A♥ turn, and again on the K♦.

Dave smashed the river for Broadway and flopping a gutty and turning the double-gutty, and he was hoping for a bet from Bonertz. “NUTS!” he said, throwing Q♥10♣ on the table. Bonertz mucked his hand.
