Action folded to Kevin Edwards, who limped 500 from the Cut-off. Madalin Costin didn’t allow it and put in a 1,500 raise from the Button. Robert Stafford called from the Small Blind, and Edwards also joined in on the fun.
Check-check prior to Costin continuing for 2,100 on the 10♦K♦2♣ flop. Stafford made the call before Edwards mucked. Both players checked the 10♥ turn. Stafford completed the check trifecta on the 8♥ river, and then called a 2,300 bet from Costin.
Costin revealed his K♠6♠ holdings, which were deemed the winning hand.
Robert Stafford: 61,000
Madalin Costin: 50,000
