Claire Leclerc limped, then called when Graham Lupton raised to 420k. The flop was J♠2♠8♦ and Lupton bet 1.1 million, nearly enough to put her all in.
She shoved over top, and Lupton called with A♠Q♣ against ]pcn]9h8s[/pcn]. Leclerc was on a pair of eights, but Lupton had the better backdoor flush draw. The rest of the board bricked and Leclerc’s eight held up for a double to around 3 million, but Lupton still leads.
