Action folded to the fairly short-stacked PartyPoker Team Pro Jaime Staples, who moved all in for 59,000 on the Button. The Small Blind folded, but the player seated in the Big Blind decided to try to knock Staples out.
Jaime Staples: J♦8♦
Opponent: A♠7♥
Staples had two live cards, but the 2♠A♣7♠ flop drastically lowered his chances to win the pot. He was drawing very slim on the 10♦ turn, and the 6♠ sealed his fate. The only player left in the field wearing the PartyPoker patch is now Niall “Firaldo” Farrell.
