Connor Butt opened to 11,000 on the Button. Seated in the Big Blind, Antony Horn was the sole caller.
Both players checked the J♠8♦9♥ flop. Horn dipped his toes in the waters with a 14,000 bet on the Q♥ turn, and Butt made the call. Horn checked the 4♠ river and was then faced with a 24,000 bet from Butt. After spending a minute or two in the tank, Horn made the call for a big chunk of his stack.
Connor Butt: A♥7♥
Antony Horn: 9♣6♠
Butt shared a nod of approval to his opponent; quite the call from Horn. Hats off.
Connor Butt: 450,000
Antony Horn: 167,000
