UTG, Stanislovas Viničenka opened to 30,000. Paulius Jucys decided to defend his Big Blind, and these two sharp-dressed gentlemen went heads-up to the flop.
Both players checked on Q♣7♥J♣. On the K♣ turn, Jucys bet 75,000, and Viničenka made the call. The river was the 2♣, and Jucys now sized up to 100,000. After a minute’s worth of consideration, Viničenka threw in four green 25,000-chips for the call.
Jucys turned over A♣6♣ for the nut flush, and Viničenka’s hand hit the muck.
Paulius Jucys: 1,120,000
Stanislovas Viničenka: 310,000
